With two wins, nine top fives and 11 top 10s in 16 attempts, the Sunflower State has been a great host to driver Jeff Gordon, and Kansas Speedway is among his best performing tracks. This weekend marks the return of Brilliant Flames to the NASCAR® Sprint Cup Series on Saturday, May 10, 2014.

This won’t be just another race in Kansas. This weekend’s race will be the inaugural night race at Kansas Speedway. With inaugural race wins at Indianapolis Motor Speedway (1994), Auto Club Speedway in Fontana (1997) and Kansas Speedway (2001), the No. 24 team has seen its share of firsts. Holding the top spot in this weeks’ NASCAR® Power Ranking, gives the team reason to be excited about a potential return to Victory Lane.
